FCI Metral® Connectors

FCI Metral® Cable Connectors add cable connectivity and design flexibility to the Metral® Backplane Connector System. Mated cable connectors latch securely to industry standard vertical Metral® headers on backplanes or right angle Metral® headers mounted on other PCBs. Standard four or five row Metral® cable receptacle kits include all components needed to assemble finished cable ends. These kits come in multiple sizes and accommodate a range of wire sizes with insulation displacement (IDC) termination.

FCI Metral® connectors range is the 2mm standard board-to-board and cable-to-board interconnect system designed in accordance with IEC 61076-4-104 and performance according to Telcordia® GR-1217-CORE.
