Phoenix Contact now offers "Through Hole Reflow" (THR) high temperature printed circuit board (PCB) headers. Designed to meet the demand of high heat requirements, this product is ideally suited for automated assembly. The results are cost savings and improved manufacturing efficiencies because Combicon-THR (Through Hole Reflow) printed circuit board mount headers are designed to eliminate the costly waste of secondary soldering operations.
The Phoenix Contact line of THR headers comes in 3.5 / 3.81 mm (Mini-Combicon) and 5.00 / 5.08 mm (Classic Combicon) pin spacing.
Mini-Combicon THR headers range from two through twelve positions, both horizontal and vertical configurations. Optional flange versions are available enabling the mating plug to secured to the THR header in high vibration environments. The Mini Combicon series is rated 8 amps/300 volts.
