Panasonic Hi-Q MLCC Capacitors
The new 0201 case size MLCCs have capacitance values that currently range from 0.1 to 3 pF, and will expand to 15 pF in 2005. Both of these series have an Operating Voltage up to 25 VDC. Panasonic’s ECD-G Series of MLCCs are designed to operate at microwave frequencies (1 GHz & higher) and are especially valued for their High-Q factors and low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), which improves circuit performance and increases the production yield.
These MLCCs provide excellent electrical performance for circuits that run in the microwave frequency range. Their small sizes are especially suited for microwave circuits found within wireless applications such as Bluetooth, Wireless-LAN, and Modem products.
