Michael Knight is Vice President of Product Marketing at TTI, Inc. Knight has been in the electronics industry for more than 20 years. The majority of his career has been spent in the electronic components and materials industries, beginning on the distribution side then moving into manufacturing. At TTI, Knight is oversees the Corporate Product Department.

Incorporated in 1985, Bishop & Associates, Inc. is a market research firm that specializes in the connecctor industry. The firm publishes the Bishop Report, Connector Industry Forecast, The World's Top 100 Connector Manufacturers, The Connector Market Handbook and numerous other connector research reports, such as Connector Technology Roadmap. The firm's headquarters is located in the Chicago, Ill. area. Other offices are in Brussels, Belgium; Hong Kong; and Sidney, Australia.

Bill Collins - As Business Manager for 3M's Interconnect Products, a business unit of 3M Electronics, Bill has responsibility for all aspects of the global business unit's direction and performance. Bill has been in this position since January 2005. Prior to his current assignment, Bill was Business Development Manager, Asia-Pacific, for 3M's Electronic Solutions Division.

From 1998 through 2001 Bill was located in Singapore in a Business Development role for the Electronic Handling and Protection Division of 3M. Bill joined 3M in 1979 and has held various sales and marketing positions within several businesses within the company during his career. Bill has been involved in the Electronics market for the past 10 years.

   

Rich Paul is currently the Director of Marketing for Amphenol Aerospace Operations in Sidney, N.Y. Rich has more than 25 years of experience in the military and aerospace connector marketplace, including positions with Bendix Connector operations, Simmonds Precision Engines Systems Division, BF Goodrich Aerospace, and Amphenol. Rich holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

   

Lou Grice is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Phoenix Contact USA. Lou started with Phoenix Contact in 1990 as an Application Engineer in Northern California working a territory that extended from the Silicon Valley north to the Canadian border and east to the Rockies.

During his tenure with Phoenix Contact, Lou has logged hundreds of hours selling and providing training seminars for engineers and designers across industries as diverse as water treatment, energy, silicon wafer manufacturing and amusement park rides. He has instructed on a wide range of technologies including transient voltage surge suppression, remote I/O systems, device level networks, signal conditioning, PLC programming and radio. Lou is an active member of the ISA, IEEE and SPE and has been a featured speaker at ISA, IEE and RMLA trade shows and conferences throughout the Western United States.

In his current role as Director of Marketing and Communications, Lou leads the promotional training, brand label and marketing communications efforts for the USA subsidiary of Phoenix Contact.

Lou has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of California - Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University - Scotland.
