FORT WORTH, TEXAS - June 8, 2006 ─ TTI, Inc., the world’s leading passive and connector specialist in the electronics industry, has received three awards from Spectrum Control, Inc. Each year Spectrum Control presents several awards to distributors in recognition of their efforts.
This year the leader in the design and manufacture of control products and systems presented three awards. TTI was the recipient of all three. The awards were in recognition for the Distribution of the Year Award for Top POS Sales, the Top Design Registrations, and the Top POS Sales in Connectors. All awards were presented at the annual Electronic Distribution Show (EDS) in Las Vegas, Nev.
Mark Lyons, Global Distribution Sales Manager of Spectrum Control said, “We are proud to present TTI with the North America Distributor of the Year award for the second consecutive year. The award reflects the enormous amount of cooperation and dedication by both companies to partner together in supplying products to an extensive customer base.”
Mark Burr-Lonnon, TTI’s Vice President of Passive Supplier Marketing commented, “At TTI we have greatly enhanced our design focus and initiatives on the non-commodity business to complement the commodity business we continue to service, so winning this award clearly demonstrates our tremendous success in this area. As this is the second year in a row we have won this prestigious award, it shows we continue to succeed on an ongoing basis which is a great credit to the TTI sales and marketing teams. To ‘clean-sweep’ all of the awards once again confirms TTI’s strong leadership position within the passive and connector business.”
Lyons further stated, “Additionally, TTI has been awarded with the 2005 Top Design Registrations Award. The Design Registration Award is further verification of the Team effort by TTI and Spectrum Control to develop new business opportunities which will support continued growth for both of our organizations for many years to come. With nearly three times the amount of registrations as the previous year, TTI is well positioned for another successful year in 2006. Congratulations to the entire TTI Team.”
