TTI, Inc Announces Organization Changes

Fort Worth, TX  November 15, 2004 - TTI, Inc. recently announced two new key management positions at its corporate headquarters. Mr. Michael Knight has been named as Vice President Corporate Product Marketing and Mr. Allen Clem is in place as Vice President Corporate Operations and Logistics. Both Knight and Clem will report to Mike Morton, Senior Vice President Corporate Material and Logistics Management.

After spending numerous years in the Interconnect industry with FCI/Berg, Knight most recently held the position of President and COO of Substrate Technologies, a manufacturer of integrated circuit packaging for the semiconductor industry. His responsibilities at Substrate included establishing manufacturing and distribution facilities in Asia. Knight fills the position of Mike Morton who recently was promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate Material and Logistics Management. “We are extremely fortunate,” Morton said, “to be able to bring someone of Michael’s caliber and diverse background to TTI.”

Clem comes to TTI from the Harley-Davidson Motor Company where he most recently served as Director of Supply Chain Operations. While working at Harley-Davidson, Clem spent five years in Europe establishing and managing distribution operations in the Netherlands and England. Morton said, “Clem’s experience with the establishment of distribution operations will be of great value as TTI begins the process of expanding the physical distribution facilities both domestically and internationally.” Clem replaces J. Beasley who retired from TTI in October. “These management changes,” Morton said, “will help position TTI for the challenges of future growth and deepen the overall organizational structure at TTI.”
