TTI, Management Changes Address Future Growth Plans

Fort Worth,TX -April 22, 2004 - TTI’s Chairman and CEO, Paul Andrews, today announced a new senior management team with the charge to direct the company’s planned growth and expansion in the coming years. Citing the need for expanded management capabilities in a competitive global market, Andrews named six Senior Vice Presidents to start the management expansion process required for TTI’s new paradigm.

The new TTI senior management team will change, and initially consist of six experienced internal TTI leaders who will report directly to Andrews. The changes are effective immediately as the company implements its new change management process.

Gene Conahan has been appointed Senior Vice President, North America Sales and President, TTI Europe.  His responsibilities will include market expansion, profitable

revenue generation, budget execution, successful market segmentation, development of emerging markets and sales operations.

Craig Conrad’s new position is Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing and Strategic Planning Officer. In his new capacity, Conrad will oversee global strategic planning, developing the global brand/image of TTI, market expansion through market analysis, as well as heading up E-Commerce marketing, industry/university relations efforts and the corporate advertising and public relations programs.  

Mike Morton’s new position is Senior Vice President of Corporate Materials and Logistics Management. This new position includes Morton’s former responsibilities of product marketing, pricing, asset and supplier management, but now also will include logistics and facilities management, after J.D. Beasley, Senior Vice President Corporate Operations, retires in September 2004.

Nick Kypreos will have expanded responsibilities as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. In addition to overseeing corporate financial management, quality control, ISO compliance, human resources management and the professional education/management program, he will be responsible for Information Technology.

John Davidson, Senior Vice President for TTI Asia, will have the expanded duties to develop TTI’s Asian capabilities in sales, operations and personnel in that emerging market. With near-term expectations that the Asian market will approach the size ofEurope, the company must ensure that TTI’s market share rises to levels consistent with corporate objectives, despite the differing nature of the Asian distribution market.

Glenn Smith, President of Mouser Electronics will continue to be responsible for the management and performance of this separate entity which operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of TTI.
