The HTS Series HE Connectors feature a clear contact identification through printed markings on termination and wiring side; voltage, current and approval markings; glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate - rugged and vibration proof inert material; safe socket entry due to rounded pin contacts; user-friendly because the screws are turned back; and a reaction while on fire according to DIN IEC707/VDE 0304 UL 94V-0 - non-flammable, self extinguishing. The HN.D and HN.2D Contacts are Screw machine, crimp made from Copper alloy material. The contact finish is hard silver plated or hard gold plated with a contact resistance of ≤3 mΩ. The crimp terminal is 0.14-2.50 mm²(AWG 26-14). The wire sizes available are 0.14-0.37 mm², 0.50 mm², 0.75-1.00 mm², 1.50 mm², and 2.50 mm² all on a designated cross section of 8.00 mm. HTS Connectors Series HSK are made of glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate - rugged and vibration proof material, self-extinguishing, and inert material; leading grounding contact; reaction while on fire according to DIN IEC707/VDE 0304 UL 94V-0 - non-flammable and self extinguishing; Fixing screws with washers to prevent loosening; Easy wiring due to clear contact identification through printed markings on termination and wiring side; and are compatible with Series HSK contacts. HTS Connectors Series HSM Contacts feature a crimp style contact made of copper alloy with a hard silver or gold plated finish. With a contact resistance of ≤3 mΩ, and a crimp termination of 0.75-10.00 mm²(AWG 20-6), and the designation of cross sections of wire ranges: 0.75 mm², 1.50 mm², 2.50 mm², 4.00 mm², 6.00 mm², all with a stripping length of 10.00 mm². The HTS Series HVT Connectors feature a higher pole-/wiring density than the standard series but same size which is exchangeable without change of housing. HVT Connectors are made of a glass-fiber reinforced polycarbonate, a rugged and vibration proof inert material. The compact design is space saving to promote slim and compact designs.
