Automotive Grade Molded Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitor (TP3) | Vishay
Vishay/Sprague's TP3 Tantamount® Molded Case Capacitors are solid tantalum surface mount capacitors that have a molded case available in five case codes and high ripple current carrying capability. In addition, these SMD, high-performance TP3 Series capacitors from Vishay/Sprague have an operating temperature range of -55ºC to +125ºC, low ESR, compatibility with "High Volume" automatic pick and place equipment, AEC-Q200 qualification, and compliant terminations. TP3 case sizes B, C, D, and E are 100% surge current tested, and overall, these capacitors meet EIA 535BAAC and RoHS compliance to Directive 2002/95/EC. The capacitance range for TP3 capacitors is 0.10µF to 470µF.
