Important Delphi Price Change Update from TTI, Inc.

The Delphi Connection Systems (DCS) price changes that TTI has been communicating to you are in effect as of Sept. 4, 2007. Your TTI sales representative will be contacting you to discuss any price changes to the DCS product that you purchase from TTI.

In other news, DCS may soon emerge from a two-year stint under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after reaching agreements with its former parent company, General Motors (GM). The deal follows agreements that Delphi pay GM $2.7B to fund early retirement and buyout plans offered to hourly workers. In turn, GM has agreed to reimburse Delphi for labor costs over $26 an hour at some of its plants.
