Designated the CHF Series, these lightweight resistors are suitable for use in RF and microwave applications.

Package styles include chip, surface mount and flanged. This series is suited for a range of RF and microwave applications including high power amplifiers, isolators, Wilkinson combiners, power dividers and absorptive filters. Construction material consists of either an aluminum nitride or beryllium body with a proprietary resistor element. The devices are optimized for 50ohm characteristic impedance using special manufacturing techniques to reduce voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR). Power ratings range from 10W to 250W with a low return loss up to 4GHz.
