Bourns’ CDDFN4-T05 is an ESD protection diode array that integrates four (4) TVS diodes in the very small leadless 1mm x 1mm DFN-4 package. The Bourns CDDFN4-T05 ESD protection diode array is designed to provides ESD protection while saving board space in portable electronics for mobile computing, mobile communication, consumer, industrial, automotive, and medical applications. The new device protects up to four signal or data lines in unidirectional mode, and can also be used as a three-line protection device in bidrectional mode. The Bourns ESD protection diode array features a low typical capacitance of 7pF and a low maximum leakage current of <0.1µA at 3V. It provides transient protection for one data line as per iEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) at 25kV (air and contact discharge) and IEC 61000-4-5 (lightning) from 2A (tp=8/20 µs). It is also compliant with RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC standards.
