Ideal for operation in harsh environments, IRC's Family of high temperature resistive devices are rated up to 200° and are constructed using IRC's patented TaNFilm® self passivating resistive techhnology. The high temperature chip resistor and voltage divider feature wraparound non-leaching terminations, with either gold-plated or 100% tin (Pb-free) versions specifically designed to enable the devices to operate at elevated temperatures.
The PFC-HT Series chip resistors are available in 0603, 0805 and 1206 chip sizes, and feature a resistance range from 10Ω to 85KΩ, with tolerances to ±1% and absolute TCRs down to ±25ppm/°C. Voltage and power ratings are 33.3V/62.5mW, 50V/100mW and 100V/125mW, respectively, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +200°C. Resistance range for the 1206 PFC-HT Divider Series is 100Ω to 25KΩ per resistor, with a power rating of 100mW per resistor, absolute TCR to ±25ppm/°C and a maximum voltage rating of 100V. Operating temperature ranges from -65˚C to +200˚C. PFC-HT and PFC-HT Divider products are qualified to MIL-PRF-55342
The 1900 Series DIP resistor network features a resistance range from 50Ω to 100KΩ, standard tolerances down to ±0.1%, and available TCR down to ±10ppm/°C. Operating temperature ranges from -55˚C to +150˚C.
The 4700 Series precision SIP network has a resistance range of 20Ω to 400KΩ, standard tolerances down to ±0.05%, and available TCRs to ±50ppm/°C, ±100ppm/°C and ±300ppm/°C. Voltage rating is 100V and power rating ranges from 0.36W to 1.08W, depending on pin count. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C.
Both the 1900 Series and 4700 series devices are qualified to MIL-PRF-83401
