TT electronics/IRC Division has extended range of high-power resistive devices in industry standard TO-126, TO-220, TO-227, and TO-247 transistor outline packages, TT electronics IRC’s family of power resistors is designed to suit a variety of applications requiring high stability and low inductance. Designated the MHP series, the resistors feature power ratings from 10W to 600W. The small size, high power dissipation, high stability and low inductance values make the resistors ideal for compact power supplies and motor drives
