KOA High Voltage Thick Film HV73 Chip Resistors

KOA HV73 ResistorsKOA’s high voltage thick film flat chip resistor has maximum working voltages as high as 500V. These resistors provide superior capabilities over standard thick film flat chip resistors in maximum working voltage. The HV73 chip sizes and voltages include: 1J: 350V, 2A: 400V, and 2B: 500V.

KOA’s HV73 chip resistors reduce spacing requirements and may decrease the total number of resistors needed in high voltage applications. Through the use of metal glaze thick film, excellent heat and moisture resistance is assured. The available resistance tolerances are: +0.5%, +1%, +2%, +5%, and the resistance range is 10ky – 51My. The entire HV73 series of resistors is RoHS/lead-free compliant. Typical applications include: camera strobes, LCD monitors, navigational equipment, and DC-AC invertors for use in LCD TVs.
