• Murata GJM High-Q Chip Monolithic MLCC

Murata's GJM family of multilayer monolithic ceramic capacitors feature a temperature-stable, high-Q ceramic formulation combined with economical nonprecious metal (copper) inner electrodes to provide an optimum combination of high SRF and low ESR for high-frequency designs, including VCOs, Pas and mobile telecommunications equipment of all kinds. The GJM product is provided in case sizes including 0402 and 0201, using C0G dielectric only. Precision tolerances as low as ±0.05pF are available. All products are RoHS compliant.
