• GRM Series - General Use MLCC Chip | Murata

The Murata GRM series is a complete line of multi layer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCC)in 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V ratings. These capacitors have temperature characteristics such as C0G, X5R, and X7R. GRM series is offered with a Nickel (Ni) barrier termination plated with matte Tin (Sn), highly resistant to migration and is RoHS compliant. Stringent dimensional tolerances allow highly reliable, high-speed automatic chip placement on PCBs. This product series is available in tape and reel packaging for automatic placement.
