• LT73 - Linear Positive Temp Flat Chip Thermal Sensors | KOA

The LT73/ LT73V linear sensing thermistors are available in 0805 and 1206 sizes, with powering ratings of 100mW and 125mW. Resistance ranges are from 51W ~ 51kW. With +2% and +5% tolerances and a TCR range of 150 ~ 4500 ppm/ °C they are appropriate for a wide range of temperature sensing applications. The LT73V has an operating range of -40 ~ +155°C making it more robust and stable for high temperature applications.
