The PL series is a low profile (0.5mm max.) power inductor. These Planar inductors have a low DCR resistance from 0.06Ω ~ 0.60Ω, which allows for high current up to 1100mA, while maintaining electrical performances in the low profile package.

The PL2520 (1008) and PL3225 (1210) Eddy current loss is suppressed by a proprietary structural design, contributing to the miniaturization of high-speed (greater than 1MHz) switching power supply. Offering a maximum allowable DC current of 330mA ~ 1100mA, the PL series have a nominal inductance of 0.33~ 5.1µH in a +20% tolerance.

KOA's PL series are ideal for power supply circuits for all types of small portable devices including cellular phones and PDAs.
