• SG73 - Surge Current Thick Film Chip Resistors | KOA

The SG73, a series of surge current thick film flat chip resistors, available in 0603 ~ 2512 sizes, provide superior capabilities over standard thick film flat chip resistors in surge dielectric withstanding voltage. Power ratings are from 0.1W ~ 1W, and +10% and +20% tolerances. SG73P (Pulse) and SG73S (Surge) are available in 0603 ~ 1210 in +0.5% ~ +5% tolerances. Through the use of enhanced resistive materials, the larger SMD parts have the capability of handling single pulses as high as 10kW in the case of SG73 (2512).

• Tolerance of + 5%, + 10% (tighter tolerances down to +0.5% available as SG73S (for surge) and SG73P (for Pulse)
• Resistance Range of 1Ω - 1MΩ
• T.C.R. offering of +200ppm/ºC & +400ppm/ºC
