RN73, RN73H - Thin Film Chip Resistor | KOA
The RN73 ultra precision resistors utilize a nickel chromium thin film resistor element with anti-leaching nickel barrier terminations. These thin film resistors are available with lead-free terminations and they meet or exceed the requirements of EIA 575 and MIL-R-55342F. Features include tolerances of ±0.05, ±0.1, ±0.25, ±0.5 and ±1.0%, a resistance range of 10 ~ 1M
Ω, T.C.R values of ±5, ±10, ±25, ±50 and ±100ppm/°C and power ratings of 1/16 ~ 1/4 watt with sizes ranging from 0402 ~ 1210. The RN73H series offers enhanced moisture resistance and higher operating temperature, 155°C.
