Sales dollars and units were at or near period highs in Q3 of 2007, fell to a 2007 low in Q4, then set two year lows in Q2 of 2008, recovered some in Q3, trended to all time Relay Report lows in Q2 of this year, and recovered in Q3. In Q2 the overall indexed selling price moved below the two year low in set Q3 of 2008 and continued down in Q3. The indexed booking price recovered from the low set in Q4 in Q1, then moved lower again to retest the Q4 bottom and remains below the ASP. Both are trending downward with booking prices coming down at a steeper rate.

Book-to-bill dollars and units rebounded above 1.0 in Q2 and continued upward in Q3. The ratio of average booking to selling prices flirted with 1.0 in the first quarter of 2009 then moved lower in Q2 and remains nearly unchanged.
