GQM Series High-Frequency Capacitor | Murata
Murata's GQM family of MLCC chip capacitors is designed for low-to-medium RF power applications. Non-precious metal (copper) internal electrodes and a high Q ceramic formulation provide significantly reduced ESR at high frequencies. Self-resonant frequencies (SRF) of up to 8GHz can be achieved in the 0603 case size. Rated voltages of 50 and 100VDC are available, and all products are
