The Murata
GRM series is a complete line of multi-layer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCC) in 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V ratings. These capacitors have temperature characteristics such as C0G, X5R, and X7R. GRM series is offered with a Nickel (Ni) barrier termination plated with matte Tin (Sn), highly resistant to migration and is RoHS compliant. Stringent dimensional tolerances allow highly reliable, high-speed automatic chip placement on PCBs. This product series is available in tape and reel packaging for automatic placement.
