The GB Safety caps have internationally recognized certifications, VDE, SEMKO, and ESTI.  They are used in power supplies as "across the line" noise filters, switching and diode snubbers, and in primary and secondary coupling applications.  They come in one temperature coefficient (TC):

R7:  X7R -55 - +125℃ +\- 15% change over that range      (10% Capacitance tolerance (K))

The Capacitance range is 10,000 -  56,000 pF in the X7R TC.  For reflow soldering only.
