Hi-Capacitance (1 uF - 100 uF), SMD Type | Murata

The Hi-Cap series are multilayer ceramic construction and are not polarized (unlike tantalum and electrolytic caps). In bypass and de-coupling applications you may be able to use a ceramic capacitor with 1/2 to 1/5 of the capacitance value required by a tantalum or electrolytic cap.
They come in seven temperature coefficients (TC's):
R7: X7R -55 - +125℃ +\- 15% change over that range (10/20% Capacitance tolerance (K/M))
C7: X7S -55 - +125℃ +\- 22% change over that range (10/20% Capacitance tolerance (K/M))
D7: X7T -55 - +125℃ +\- 22/33% change over that range (10/20% Capacitance tolerance (K/M))
E7: X7U -55 - +125℃ +\- 22/56% change over that range (10/20% Capacitance tolerance (K/M))
C8: X6S -55 - +105℃ +\- 22% change over that range (10/20% Capacitance tolerance (K/M))
D8: X6T -55 - +105℃ +\- 22/33% change over that range (10/20% Capacitance tolerance (K/M))
R6: X5R -55 - +85℃ +\- 15% change over that range (10/20% Capacitance tolerance (K/M))
Capacitance range: 1 uF to 100 uF (Working Voltage varies by size and Cap value).
