Murata RDE Radial Lead Type Monolithic Ceramic Capacitors

Murata has recently announced new voltage rating of 250V and 630V for their monolithic ceramic capacitors. The RDE series features include: base metal electrode construction, small size and large capacitance, low ESR characteristics for high frequency. The RDE series is coated with epoxy resin whose flammability is equivalent to UL94V-0 The target applications for the RDE series is consumer electronic equipment. The RDE series is available in the X7R temperature characteristic, with capacitance values ranging from 1,000pf to 1.0µf and are offered in the 10% and 20% tolerance and 5.0mm lead spacing. Packaging is available in bulk or ammo pack.
