With over 100 million users worldwide, it's not hard to understand why 80% of companies use LinkedIn as a primary tool to find new employees. Facebook is a social networking site allowing one to share thoughts, ideas, pictures, and posts with an accepted network of 'friends'. Companies create 'Fan pages' on Facebook to allow their fans to interact with one another and better experience the brand online. Twitter is a social networking site utilized by 175 million people. This service allows users to post real-time text updates (called tweets) up to 140 characters in length, for other users to see.   YouTube
YouTube is the second largest search engine on the Web with users uploading 35 hours of video to the site every minute. Individuals create accounts with YouTube not just to upload their own content but to create lists of video types in which they are interested.
