Toshiba has achieved the world's lowest power consumption with their new voltage regulator ICs. Toshiba's series regulators include these types: general purpose, low dropout, low voltage output, and multifunction. The shunt regulators include: standard, narrow tolerance, and low reference types.

Our shunt regulators offer:
Reference voltage of 1.26V, 2.49V, or 2.495V
High precision output voltage: ±%
Adjustable output voltage

• Requires small capacitance capacitors on/off control
• Low output voltages available: 1.5, 1.8, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3, 5.0V
• High precision output voltage: ±3%
• Low standby current: 0.4mA (typ.)
• Small dropout voltage: 0.5V (max.) (@IO=0.1A)
• Built-in protection circuits: Thermal shutdown, Overcurrent, Reverse polarity, and Load dump
