 T95 Series - Hi-Rel COTS, Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors, Conformal Coated Case
Vishay Sprague T95 series of conformal-coated capacitors offers high-reliability screening options including Weibull grading, and surge current testing options in accordance with MIL-PRF-55365. These capacitors have a capacitance range of 0.1 μF to 680 μF and a voltage range from 4 V to 50 V. These hi-rel COTS capacitors operate over a temperature range of –55 °C to +125 °C.

T97 Series - Hi-Rel COTS, Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors, Conformal Coated Case

 T83 Series - Hi-Rel COTS, Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors, Molded Case
Vishay Sprague T83 capacitors were designed for a variety of avionics and military systems such as radar, missiles, and other weapons systems. These capacitors have a capacitance range of 0.1 μF to 330 μF and voltage range from 4 V to 35 V. This capacitance/voltage range represents 40 % more values than existing equivalent military offerings. Devices in the T83 series operate over a temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C.
