Techno CRHV series SMD Resistor | Vishay
The CRHV family is a high voltage and high value, thick film chip resistor, with a serpentine inking pattern. The inking pattern allows for the higher voltages (up to 3 kV) and higher resistance values (up to 50 Gigohm). The datasheet identifies five standard part sizes (1206 – 2512), but this part family can be customized to meet specific customer needs. The CRHV also is available in a variety of termination styles, to accommodate many mounting selections (solderable; wire bondable; or epoxy bondable). For solderable applications, this family of product is available in your choice of Pb-Bearing, or Pb-Free (compliant to RoHS 2002/95/EC) terminations.
