Individuals recruited for Sales and Marketing participate in a training program that combines formal classroom training and on-the-job rotational assignments. Graduates of the 9-month program are fully prepared to hit the ground running in their permanent assignment since the TTI Sales and Marketing Program produces some of the most knowledgeable and successful salespeople in the industry.
Sales and Marketing Training Program
The Program Offers:
- Balanced Learning — The TTI Program combines both classroom training with “real world” experience. You will be responsible for developing and managing an assigned account base utilizing all the skills learned during classroom instruction.
- Comprehensive Learning — Although teaching you what you need to know for your position is important, we also offer comprehensive exposure to other facets of our business that are directly related to your success including Warehouse Operations, Asset Management and Procurement.
- Dedicated Resources — TTI has invested in a dedicated team of individuals whose sole purpose is to ensure you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful.
Most participants can expect to spend approximately twelve months in the Sales Training Program prior to being transferred to a sales position in one of our branch locations throughout the United States.
