Featured Circuit Protection Products

Littelfuse SL0902A Series Broadband Protector

Littelfuse SL0902A Series Broadband Protector
The Beta SL0902A series has been especially developed to offer high surge ratings in a miniature package. Unique design features offer high levels of performance on fast-rising transients in the domain of 100V/mS to 1KV/mS, which are those most likely from induced lightning disturbances. The device offers low insertion loss, so it is well suited to broadband equipment. The capacitance does not vary with voltage, so will not cause operational problems with ADSL2+ where capacitance variation across tip & ring is undesirable. These devices are extremely robust and are able to divert a 2500Amp pulse without destruction. ( more info )

Tyco Electronics / Raychem PESD Devices

Tyco Electronics / Raychem PESD Devices
Designed for I/O port protection in high-speed data transmission applications, PESD protection devices shunt ESD away from sensitive circuitry in electronic devices. ( more info )

Littelfuse (SP03-6) Silicon Protection Arrays

Littelfuse (SP03-6) Silicon Protection Arrays
Littelfuse's SP03-6 series low capacitance TVS protection device for high speed data lines provides broadband protection as well as overvoltage protection for applications such as 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet, T3/E3 DS3 interfaces, ADSL2+, and VDSL2+. ( more info )
