Corporate responsibility has been a part of the TTI lexicon since the company's inception in 1971. Beginning with a mission statement pledging service to our employees, customers and supplier partners ‐ our culture has grown to embrace our responsibility to our planet and our fellow man — we simply call it The TTI Way.
International organizations as wide ranging as the United Nations and the International Standards Organization (ISO) have recommended parameters for companies to define social responsibility. Collectively these are known by several different names — the Triple Bottom Line, Sustainability, the Three Ps of People, Profits and Planet and other references. To date no common criteria has been established for companies to measure the effectiveness of their environmental programs, or how they give back to their respective communities.
