Applying for a Job

Is TTI hiring?
Yes, we currently have a variety of job opportunities throughout North America. Start your search.

Do I have to create a login to search for jobs?
No, you can search for jobs without logging in or completing an application.

I found a job that I want to apply for. How do I apply?
Click on the job title of the position you are interested in. You will see a job description, in addition, to education/experience and skills/certification requirements. If you meet the job requirements, click the "Apply for this Position" button at the bottom of the page, this opens the Employment Application. Enter your e-mail address and set up a password to log back in, review your status, update your application, or apply for additional jobs in the future. Please record your password. It is not required to provide an e-mail address; however, you will not be able to log back in going forward under the "Previous Applicant" section of our careers site without an e-mail address. Please fully complete the application; incomplete applications will not be considered. Afer you complete your application, click the "Submit" button at the bottom.

Can I attach/upload a resume?
Yes, please see the "Resume & Cover Letter" section on the application. You can attach your resume in the following formats: DOC, RTF, PDF, TXT and HTML. Click on the "Browse" button to locate and attach your resume. In addition, you can paste a plain text version of your resume in the text area provided on the application. You can also use the text area for a cover letter and any supplementary information you would like to provide about your career goals, availability best times to contact you, etc. If you complete an application in our lobby, pasting text or uploading attachments are, unfortunately, not an option on the lobby computer kiosks.

If I attach or paste my resume, do I still need to complete the Employment Experience Section on the application?
Yes, our form is your official record of application. Therefore, we require that you complete all required fields on the application. In addition, you are required to fully complete the "Employment Experience" section (even if you have attached or pasted a resume). We regret to communicate that all incomplete applications will not be considered.

How do I know that TTI received my application?
Once you click submit at the bottom of the application, you should receive a message thanking you for submitting your application. Also, you may log back in as a previous applicant using your e-mail and password to view the jobs for which you have applied.

Can I apply for multiple job openings?
Yes, we review applications by job opening. Therefore, please apply for all positions for which you are qualified and interested. After completing your initial application, please log back in as a previous applicant using your e-mail and password. This will allow you to search for additional job openings and you will have the ability to add those jobs to your application.

Where are TTI Offices located?
TTI North America has 30 plus branches throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. All job postings list the position's location in the description. Additionally, TTI is a global organization with offices throughout Europe and Asia. TTI office locations within these countries are posted via the following TTI country specific websites: www.ttieurope.com and www.ttiasia.com

What if I need to relocate?
Apply for jobs as you normally would. If contacted about a position, inform a member of the talent acquisition team about your relocation requirements. If the position does not have a relocation available, the team member may also be able to assist you in finding similar jobs that do. 

What if I need a visa?
Depending on the specific job requirements and your qualifications, TTI may be able to sponsor visas. Feel free to apply to any open job, if the role is appropriate for visa sponsorship and you are qualified, a member of the talent acquisition team will connect on the next steps in the interview process.

What is TTI's policy on remote work?
TTI has a Flexible Officing Policy that allows for hybrid remote work schedules for employees that meet specific eligibility criteria and are in positions that are deemed suitable for such an arrangement. Flexible officing arrangements are contingent on meeting performance expectations and adhering to the Flexible Officing Policy guidelines. Some back-office positions (primarily within the Information Services (IS) and Finance departments) that do not require the same level of on-site collaboration and coordination with others may allow for a more expanded flex officing schedule. 


Hiring Process

At what age can I be hired by TTI?
A person must be at least 18 years of age to be employed by TTI.

I applied for a job – what happens next?
When you apply for a job, your application will be reviewed by a member of the human resources team. Please ensure your contact information is correct on your application. Depending on the job, additional interviews may be required.

I am qualified for the job I applied for. Why was I not contacted?
Applications are screened for the most qualified candidate to proceed to the next step in the process. Due to the large volume of applications, we are unable to personally respond to all applicants. If selected for an interview or if additional information is needed, you will be contacted directly via e-mail or telephone.

Will there be pre-employment testing?
Yes, additional information is needed to determine an applicant's qualifications. Therefore, depending on the job, we may conduct pre-employment testing including skills review tests and computerized assessments.

Does TTI conduct background checks and drug screens as part of the hiring process?
Yes, TTI conducts background checks and drug screens of applicants who have accepted a contingent offer of employment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the background check and a negative drug screen.


Password/Login Issues

What happens if I do not remember my password?
If you do not remember your password, click the "Sign In" link at the top right of the job search page and then click the bottom link "Create or reset your password". Enter the e-mail address you used when you initially applied. A reset link will be sent to that e-mail address allowing you to reset your password. 

What if I don’t remember the e-mail address that I applied under?
If you don’t remember the e-mail address you applied under, you can simply complete a new application using a current e-mail address.
