Applying For a Job
No, you can search for jobs without logging in or completing an application.
Click on the job title of the position you are interested in. You will see a description of the job along with education/experience and skills/certification requirements. If you meet the requirements of the job then you will click the “Apply for this Position” button at the bottom of the page which will open the Employment Application. Type in your e-mail address and set up a password to be able to log back in and review your status, update your application or apply for additional jobs in the future. Please ensure to record your password. Since not everyone has an e-mail address this is not a required field; however, you will not be able to log back in going forward under the Previous Applicant section of our careers site without an e-mail address. Please fully complete the application; incomplete applications will not be considered. After you complete your application, you will need to click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the application.
Yes, please see the Resume & Cover Letter section on the application. Your resume can be attached in any of the following formats: DOC, RTF, PDF, TXT and HTML. You can simply click on the “Browse” button to locate and attach your resume. In addition, you can paste a plain text version of your resume in the text area provided on the application. You can also use the text area for a cover letter and any supplementary information you would like to provide about your career goals, availability, best times to contact you, etc. If you are completing an application in our lobby, pasting text or uploading attachments are, unfortunately, not an option on the lobby computer kiosks.
Yes, our form is your official record of application. Therefore, we do require that you complete all required fields on the application. In addition, you are required to fully complete the Employment Experience Section (even if you have attached or pasted a resume). We regret to communicate that incomplete applications will not be considered.
Once you click submit at the bottom of the application, you should receive a message thanking you for submitting your application. Also, you may log back in as a previous applicant using your e-mail and password to view the jobs for which you have applied.
Yes, we review applications by job opening. Therefore, please apply for all positions for which you are qualified and interested. After completing your initial application, please log back in as a previous applicant using your e-mail and password. This will allow you to search for additional job openings and you will have the ability to add those jobs to your application.
When you apply for a job, your application will be reviewed by a member of the human resources staff. You may be contacted next for a telephone or in person interview if you are selected as one of the most qualified candidates. Therefore, please ensure your contact information is correct on your application. Depending on the job, additional interviews may be required.
You may be competing with hundreds of other qualified applicants. Applications are screened for the most qualified candidate to proceed to the next step in the process. With regret, due to the large volume of applications, we are unable to personally respond to all applicants. If selected for an interview or if additional information is needed, you will be contacted directly via e-mail or telephone.
Our goal is to hire the most qualified person for the job. Therefore, depending on the job, we may conduct pre-employment testing including skills review tests and computerized assessments.
Yes, TTI conducts background checks and drug screens of applicants who’ve accepted a contingent offer of employment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the background check and a negative drug screen.
Below the Previous Applicant login section on our careers site there is a link you can click on if you do not remember your password. Click on this link and enter the e-mail address you used when you initially applied. A reset link will be sent to that e-mail address allowing you to reset your password.
