Fort Worth, Texas – February 26, 2015 – TTI, Inc., the leading authorized distributor of interconnect, passive, electromechanical and discrete components, today announced several changes to the company’s senior management structure.

Effective April 1, 2015, Mike Morton, President, TTI Americas, will be named to the position of Senior Vice President and President TTI Global Sales and Marketing, reporting directly to Paul Andrews, CEO. Until later in the year, Morton will continue serving in his current position as President, TTI Americas.

In Europe, Asia and Israel, the following management restructure is taking place. Glyn Dennehy, moves into the position of President, EMEA. In Asia, Anthony Chan has been promoted to President, Asia Pacific and Yigal Funk, President TTI Israel. These key global positions will report directly to Morton.

The organizational restructure names Don Akery to the position of Senior Vice President, TTI Global Business Operations. He will have global responsibility for providing strategic direction, leadership and management for all warehousing and logistics operations, along with total quality and continuous improvement operations. Akery also will directly lead the newly announced Global TTI Supply Services (TSS) Division.
