The OPF350A is a TO-18 metal can, packaged fiber optic transmitter. It’s specifically designed to optimize optical power into fibers ranging in size from 50/125μm up to 200/300μm in diameter. The improved performance is up to 20% greater output power than previous versions. Advantages of the OPF350 include 850nm technology, TO-18 optically clear plastic cap, high thermal stability, high coupling efficiency to multimode fiber, industrial temperature range and long operating life.
The OPF352A is an ST® receptacle assembly including the OPF350A transmitter. The ST receptacle allows for ease of final assembly into various applications including power generation communication, industrial Ethernet equipment, video surveillance systems, copper-to-fiber conversion, and intrasystem fiber optic links. The OPF352A is optimized for up to 20% greater output than previous versions into fibers ranging in size from 50/125μm up to 200/300μm in diameter delivering performance advantages over competitive products.
