The SFP + ( Small Form-factor Pluggable) interconnect system consists of connectors , EMI cages and cable assemblies that allows the user to enable single port bandwidth of 10 Gb/s while maintaining the same linear PCB port density as earlier SFP systems. This product offering is fully performance compliant with 10 Gigabit-Ethernet, 8G FibreChannel and 10G FibreChannel over Ethernet industry standards. System functionality is defined by and meets industry standards SFF-8431 and -8461 specifications. This system has been successfully deployed in data center, networking and high performance computing applications.

ICC offers an SMT mounted 20 position edge card connector, robust PCB mounted EMI cages are in 1x1, 1x2 and 1x4 ganged cage configurations and copper based passive and actively equalized cable assemblies offering in the maximum cable lengths allowed per the performance specifications noted above.
