This Accu-P Series answers the increasing demand for smaller, high performance components, especially for the wireless communications market. The Accu-P series is available in an ultra small chip size, and the upgraded cap range will result in faster and more efficient performance.

The Accu-P Series capacitors have found wide applications in cellular telephones, satellite communications networks, GPS receivers, test and measurement applications, filters, voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) and RF amplifiers. The 0201 Accu-P Series capacitors now feature capacitance values from 12pF down to 0.1pF with tolerances to ±0.02pF. Rated voltage ranges from 10VDC to 25VDC, with a temperature coefficient of 0 ±30ppm/˚C over the temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.

Additionally, the Accu-P Series guarantees SRF, ESR and Q values through 2400 MHz. These guaranteed characteristics give the circuit designer new freedom to design circuits for higher frequency applications, tighter performance requirements, lower costs and ease of mass production. Thin-film technology gives the Accu-P Series the consistency and repeatability of parameters unparalleled in the industry within a lot and from lot to lot. The capacitor’s nickel/solder-coated terminations are compatible with virtually all automated assembly equipment. The capacitors are available in tape-and-reel packaging of 5,000 and 20,000/reel.
