Metal oxide MO and reduced size metal oxide MOS power type leaded resistors are designed with a flame retardant coating over a metal oxide film deposited on a ceramic core. The MO power type is offered in a 1/2W, 1W, 2W and 3W power rating, with a Min. Dielectric Withstanding Voltage of 400V and 500V. Resistance range is 0.1W ~ 150kW, in +2% and +5% tolerances. MOS series (reduced size) resistors offer standard tolerances of ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%; a T.C.R. of ±300; and a resistance range of 0.1Ω ~ 100kΩ. They are available in 1/2 ~ 5 Watt applications.
