Molex Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 RMF Terminals

Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 Reduced Mating Force (RMF) Terminals offer a 3.00mm pitch with 5A maximum current rating and many design options such as terminal position assurance, blind-mating, and compliant pin features. The Micro-Fit Connector family can withstand operating temperatures up to 125°C and is available in multiple circuit sizes and cable lengths for power applications and board-to-board, wire-to-board, and wire-to-wire configurations.

The Micro-Fit 3.0 RMF terminals are designed for applications that need lower engagement and disengagement forces or when the units are cycled frequently. These terminals come with a pre-lubricated version that can be mated up to 250 times and fit into standard Micro-Fit 3.0 housings. The applications often require rugged terminals and lower mating force to reduce operator fatigue during assembly and/or to withstand high-mating cycles. Typical applications include printers, solar power, white goods, servers, storage, and scanners.
