Murata Power Solutions MEJ1 Series Compact 1W DC-DC Converter is encapsulated in a 7 pin SIP package and offers basic supplementary isolation to UL60950 standard. The converter is certified to a continuous working voltage of 200Vrms when operating in a maximum ambient temperature of 85°C. The input to output isolation is rated at 5,200VDC for 1second. The series complies with the 3rd edition of medical safety standard UL60601-1 and provides the MOOP (Means Of Operator Protection).The series comprises 38 models with both single and dual output versions available. Single output models provide 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, or 15V. Dual versions provide both positive and negative outputs 5V, 12V, 15V, or 24V is accommodated across the whole range and single output models also have a 3.3V option. These converters are useful in industrial, automation, medical and IGBT drivers.
