Vishay 135D Wet Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay 135D Wet Tantalum Capacitors combine the benefits of all electrolytic capacitor types and eliminate most of their drawbacks. These devices outperform all other electrolytic types with comparable combinations of capacitance and case size in terms of their capacity to handle a 3V reverse voltage at +85°C and their ability to handle a larger ripple current. The 135D wet tantalum capacitors have high resistance to shock and vibration damage. 135D wet tantalum capacitors feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +85°C and a capacitance range from 1.7μF to 2200μF. Typical applications include aerospace, avionics, oil, and gas exploration.
