MMA 0204 HV and MMB 0207 HV professional thin film MELF resistors are the perfect choice for most fields of modern professional electronics where reliability and stability is of major concern. This MELF series offers high operating voltage up to 1000 V with resistance range from 340k to 10M, reducing the component count and increasing the accuracy over lifetime in high voltage measurement. With power rating capability up to 1W at +70°C and unrivaled pulse load stability up to 3kV, the MM-HV series is suitable for lighting, industrial and medical applications, including voltage dividers in battery management systems. Having Matte Tin (Sn) termination on Ni barrier, this series is RoHS Compliant without exemption (GREEN product) and Halogen Free. The package sizes 0204 and 0207 have comparable solder pads to 1206 and 2512, respectively.
