Vishay TEMD10x Silicon PIN Photodiodes
Vishay Semiconductors TEMD10x Series Silicon PIN Photodiodes offer excellent speed and radiant sensitivity in black, and they are packaged in surface-mount plastic with a lens and a daylight-blocking filter. RoHS-compliant TEMD10x silicon photodiodes are available in 2.5mm x 2mm x 2.7mm dimensions. The TEMD10x photodiodes have 0.23mm2 of radiant-sensitive area and a ±15° angle of half sensitivity. These photodiodes feature an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and are used in high-speed detectors for infrared radiation and free air data transmission systems.
