Vishay Industrial Power Axial Leaded (CPF)

The CPF series competes in both the commodity and precision markets, available in 1W, 2W or 3W. The power film and flameproof coating gives the CPF series very robust performance characteristics, all in a small physical package. The CPF-1, for example, is rated at 1W, with a traditional 1/4W body size. These parts perform in many conditions and environments, while maintaining the typical Metal Film performance characteristics. These parts have an Operating Temperature range of -65°C to +230°C. The CPF series is available to 0.1% Tolerance and 25 ppm/°C TCR. The CPF is available in either Pb-Free (compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC) or in Pb-Bearing styles.
