The SP4044 low loading capacitance is ideal for protecting high speed signal pins and can safely absorb up to 24A per IEC61000-4-5 and a minimum 30kV ESD per IEC61000-4-2 without performance degradation. The SuperSpeed USB 10 Gbps (USB 3.1) Specification adds a 10 Gbps speed mode that uses a more efficient data encoding and will deliver more than twice the effective data through-put performance of existing SuperSpeed USB over enhanced, fully backward compatible USB connectors and cables. The tool allows application-related parameters to be calculated for all available EPCOS ferrites and provides access to their digitized material data including their graphical representation. In its new version 5.2 the tool enables users to define the parameters for their own cores and use them in the calculation.
